Loyalty Is Everything.

This handbook sets the shared standard for every W07F member. Keep it simple: be loyal, communicate, show respect, and represent the nation with purpose.

The W07F Standard

  • Loyalty outweighs skill. Show up for the pack and the pack shows up for you.
  • Respect every member, division, rank, and allied crew.
  • Represent W07F properly in games, streams, comments, and community spaces.
  • Harassment and discrimination have no place in Shadow Ninja Wolves Nation.

Communication & Conflict

  • Discord is the pack's home base. Stay present and communicate clearly.
  • If life takes you away, tell leadership rather than disappearing without a word.
  • Handle disagreements like adults. De-escalate, move conflict out of public channels, and bring serious issues to leadership.
  • Do not create unnecessary drama or turn private issues into public disputes.

Activity & Community

  • Participate when you can and contribute to a community where people come before leaderboards.
  • Support organized sessions, community activities, playlists, and original W07F content when available.
  • W07F is your main crew. Do not crew-hop while carrying the banner.
  • Respect additional expectations communicated for specific divisions or events.

Leadership Expectations

  • Alpha ZenNobi is the founder and leader of Shadow Ninja Wolves Nation.
  • Leaders model the code, listen before deciding, protect member privacy, and communicate decisions clearly.
  • Recruiters protect the 19+ standard and look for loyalty, respect, and communication—not skill alone.
  • Hosts, moderators, and content team members keep W07F spaces organized, welcoming, and true to the crew's identity.
