  1. Pick a squad lead who calls the plan and the go signal.
  2. Assign a driver, a lookout, and a support role for every run.
  3. Rotate roles each session so every wolf learns every seat.
  4. Post your squad in the forum's Crew-Ups board to lock in a regular night.
